Vamora Inc. (“Vamora,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates vamora.com and the Vamora platform (together, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect the following kinds of information:

• Information you provide. When you join our waitlist, create an account, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your communications with us.
• Usage information. We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages viewed, features used, and actions taken.
• Device and log information. We automatically collect standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and access times.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Verify your identity and secure your account, including sending one-time passcodes;
• Send you notifications, updates, and other communications you have requested or opted in to receive;
• Respond to your questions and support requests;
• Enforce our terms, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive text messages from Vamora, we will use your number to send the categories of messages you consented to, such as account and security messages (including one-time passcodes), product notifications, waitlist and launch updates, and two-way conversational messages. Our Terms of Service describe the program, message frequency, and how to opt out.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at legal@vamora.com.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and communications delivery, and who are bound to use the information only to provide those services;
• Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Vamora, our users, or others;
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy;
• With your consent. When you direct us to share information.

For clarity: the sharing described above never includes text messaging originator opt-in data or consent, which is not shared with any third party for any purpose.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business purposes such as complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices

• Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out; reply HELP for help.
• Email. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
• Access and deletion. Email legal@vamora.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy on this page and update the effective date above.
